Panelware Brackets
Top Bracket
The Top Bracket attaches or affixes to the sideform / shuttering being used. This bracket provides the primary support or bracing to the shutter.
The one bracket is used for all sideform / shutter sizes in the range.
The Top Bracket has a slotted fixing / securing hole in the base that allows for sideform adjustment i.e. bracket adjustment in relation to the fixing hole or point.
Bottom Bracket
Corner Bracket
Corner Brackets are used to hold or secure the sideforms / shutters perpendicularly to one another to form the panel mould.
Trojan Corner Bracket
The brackets are held to the sideforms via uni-bolts and 12 mm (1/2 inch) nuts, eliminating any need to screw into the sideforms and all damage associated with doing so.

Centurion Corner Bracket
The brackets are held to the sideforms via the Centurion Bolt On Clicker and threaded knob. No tools are required at all to place and remove the corner units.
Ferrule Bracket
Ferrule Brackets are used to support ferrules and other panel connections / inserts in correct position (on the top of face of the concrete).
The Ferrule Brackets are simply and easily installed and secured to the sideforms and support the ferrule template in correct position whilst the concrete is poured.
As concrete sets sufficiently enough the Ferrule Bracket is released from the ferrules and the sideform are removed. This leaves the ferrule tops exposed, on the concrete surface, into which ferrule caps are inserted. After this the concrete is finished over.

Panelware Hand tools
Magnetic Suspender
The Magnetic Suspender is a hand tool used to assist in the installation of the bottom bracket to the cast panel.
The Magnetic Suspender has powerful magnetic plates that cling on to the bottom bracket and thus support and hold it in position - “Flush” with the surface of the cast panel. This frees up the operator to bolt the bracket into correct height position (once the bracket is over the bolt in the panel below).
The Magnetic Suspender drastically simplifies and speeds up the process of installation of bottom brackets and allows it to be a one man operation
Use of Magnetic Suspender to install ‘Bottom Bracket’ to cast panel.
